One thing I'd do different. The cross members I'd cut the rail tubing out to pass the x member to be welded to the inner wall and outer wall. Then weld a fishplate over the hole and about 3" past each side. Or weld a flat bar 3/16"-1/4" over the whole outside rail. With plug weldsin certain areas, and finally a perimeter weld, (with the cross members welded to one side, this can lead to cracks over time from micro flexing)This will create a crazy Ridgid frame. Similar to mortis and tenon in wood working .
